Terms & Conditions

You must be at least thirteen (13) years old to use the Services. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction but at least 13, you may use the Services only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf. Children under 13 are not permitted to use the Services.

When using the Services, you may submit text, prompts, photos, or other materials ("User Input") and request AI-generated outputs such as coloring pages or coloring books ("Generated Content").

• You retain ownership of your User Input.
• To the extent permitted by law, the Generated Content is yours to use, and we do not claim ownership over it.
• Because of how AI works, similar or identical outputs may be generated for different users from similar prompts.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your User Input and your use of Generated Content do not violate any law, third-party right, or these Terms. You represent that you have the rights to any image or content you upload.

Some features require you to create an account or sign in through a third-party service such as Google. You agree to provide accurate, current information, to keep your credentials secure, and to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.

4.1 License to your content.

To provide the Services, you grant My Coloring Pages a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to process, generate, and display content based on your User Input solely to operate and improve the Services.

4.2 Use of Generated Content.

You may use the coloring pages you generate for personal, educational, and commercial purposes, including printing, selling, and publishing them (for example, in print-on-demand or self-published books). Reselling or redistributing our Services themselves, or our own catalog content, is not permitted.

4.3 Our intellectual property.

The platform, including its software, models, system design, look and feel, trademarks, and branding, is protected by intellectual property laws and remains the property of My Coloring Pages or its licensors.

You agree not to use the Services to:

• Generate illegal, harmful, abusive, or offensive content;
• Generate sexually explicit, pornographic, or NSFW content;
• Generate violent, gory, or dangerous content;
• Generate hate speech, harassment, or content targeting any individual or group;
• Infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of others;
• Reverse engineer, hack, or interfere with the Services;
• Submit excessive requests that degrade service performance;
• Share your account credentials with others; or
• Violate any applicable law or regulation.

Your privacy matters to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, store, and protect your information.

Certain features require payment. By purchasing a plan or credits, you agree to pay all applicable fees, provide accurate billing information, and authorize any recurring charges that apply to your plan. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, My Coloring Pages will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, perform maintenance, update these Terms, and change pricing. For material changes to these Terms or to recurring pricing for existing subscribers, we will provide reasonable prior notice.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ontario, Canada for any dispute arising from these Terms or the Services.
