1.1 Usage Data

When you use the Services, we may automatically collect certain technical and usage data, including your IP address, browser type and version, device identifiers, the pages you visit, the date and time of your visit, how long you spend on a page, and similar diagnostic data. When you access the Services from a mobile device, we may also collect your device type, device ID, operating system, and mobile browser type.

1.2 Information You Provide

• Your email address and account details
• Images, photos, or text you upload or enter to generate coloring pages
• Records related to your account, credits, plans, and purchases
• In the mobile app: artwork you colour and custom palettes you save, which sync to your account so your work follows you between devices

The My Coloring iOS app starts you in a private guest account that requires no name, email, or sign-up. If you later create or connect an account (with Apple, Google, or email), your guest work and any subscription move onto that account.

• Camera and photo library: used only when you choose to turn a photo into a coloring page, and only with your permission through the iOS system prompt. Photos are uploaded solely to generate your page.
• Notifications: optional local reminders (for example, the daily quest). They are scheduled on your device and can be switched off at any time in iOS Settings.
• Purchases: subscriptions bought in the app are billed by Apple. We use RevenueCat to manage subscription state; it receives a purchase record and an app user identifier, never your payment details.
• Deleting your account: you can permanently delete your account and everything in it from inside the app (You → Delete my account) or by contacting us.

• Process payments and prevent fraud, abuse, or unauthorized access
• Communicate with you about updates, notices, and customer support
• Understand usage to improve performance and the overall experience

If we send you promotional or product emails, you can opt out at any time using the unsubscribe link in those emails. We will still send essential account and transactional messages.

• Images and text you provide are used to generate your coloring pages.
• To create your pages, your input is processed by trusted third-party service providers that supply the AI generation and infrastructure that power the Services. They may process your content only to deliver the Services to you.
• We do not use your uploaded content to train public AI models.
• The coloring pages you generate are yours to keep and use.
• Uploaded content may be stored temporarily for processing and removed within a reasonable period.
• We do not sell or rent your images or generated content.

We use cookies and similar technologies to run and improve the Services, including to understand traffic and usage patterns, remember your preferences, and enhance your experience. You can accept or decline cookies through your browser settings; disabling some cookies may affect certain features.

We work with third-party service providers to operate the Services, for example for AI content generation, hosting and storage, authentication, payment processing, email delivery, and analytics. These providers may process your information only as needed to perform services for us and are expected to protect it.

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information
• Request deletion of your personal information
• Withdraw consent you previously gave, where applicable

We may need to verify your identity before acting on such a request.

Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" setting. At this time, we do not change our data practices in response to Do Not Track signals.

The Services are intended for family-friendly use. Accounts are created and managed by adults (or teens with parental consent, as described in our Terms). The mobile app's guest mode is designed so a child can colour without providing any personal information: no name, email, or sign-up is required, and photo uploads and purchases sit behind actions intended for a parent.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect means you accept the updated Policy.
